Privacy Policy
Pre-launch operational draft. It should be reviewed and adapted with legal counsel before accepting production payments.
1. Data we process
Account details, license records, activation/device identifiers, IP/security logs, email delivery logs and payment-order references required to run the service.
2. Payment data
Purchases may be processed by external providers such as PayPal. Provider confirmation controls the automatic license upgrade; NUXTRONICS does not store full card numbers. NUXTRONICS stores provider order IDs, status and amount for reconciliation and fraud prevention.
3. Purpose
We use this data to authenticate users, issue and validate licenses, enforce device limits, process upgrades, deliver email and protect the service.
4. Retention and security
Security logs and backups follow configured retention rules. Passwords and recovery tokens are hashed; license tokens use Ed25519 signatures.
