Terms of Use
1. Account and security
Your Customer Portal account belongs to the registered customer. Keep your credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access.
2. Software license
A license authorizes use of the edition, features, term and maximum devices shown in your account. It does not transfer ownership of the software or licensing infrastructure.
3. Trial and paid plans
Trials expire automatically. Paid plans may replace a trial automatically after the payment provider confirms a successful payment. The existing serial may be retained.
4. Payments
Purchases may be processed by external providers such as PayPal. Provider confirmation controls the automatic license upgrade; NUXTRONICS does not store full card numbers.
5. Activations
Activations may be bound to a device identifier. The portal can deactivate an old device to release a seat.
6. Offline mode
Online activation and periodic validation may be required. An Ed25519-signed offline token can permit temporary offline use according to license policy.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attack, abuse, reverse engineer secrets, forge server responses, share private product credentials, or evade device limits.
8. Refunds and cancellations
Final refund and cancellation rules must be published before live commercial sales and may depend on the selected plan and payment provider.
